Categories

Last night, I decided to try the various category modules that I downloaded following the taxonomy talk. Somehow, between the cat, the kids and their homework - attempting to relate Henry the freeking 8th with Homer Simpson - I thought it was the right time to install one of the more promising modules. It hoped it will give people the opportunity to write their own taxonomies in relation to posts, and it had a little bar "thing" that seemed to show related terms.. That was a "DUH!!" idea. One of these things one prepares, then hit the "OK" button, and as soon as the finger is off - you know this isn't going to make you very happy... After all the promise, the module ensured the forum could not exist with it on the same site..

Interests

What interests me in this project? Probably its not exactly what interest you, maybe even hopefuly so, because then we can develop critical dialogues.

I have a good few ideas, maybe bad ones, about the ways art worlds could operate. The common theme for even considering art worlds, is that I think the ways in which they operate affects the works which they, in a sense, produce.
For example, in a system where objects are valued, we'll get art works that produce stuff in forms that can be traded, seen, and pointed at. This, I think, affects the way one expects him/her self to work. Just imagine that you don't know, in the process of conceiving a project, whether or not it will strive to produce something...

A bit of a pause

Hi,

I am still a bit over worked, but hope to have time to contribute more on Thursday. However, as I was going through some things a very general question came to mind. Isn't it the case that all works of art, whichever field and level, can be said to deal with plausible art worlds?
Works can question, offer an idea of a "new" art world plausibility and affirm an existing one.. I wonder how the explicitness of this project's name can play..

moo

Hi,
I do not inted to write much at the moment - but should really get a smoke before I start.
Is it childish?
Is it wet?
Is it like a clipper?
is it ok with a black marker?
Indellability.. An ephermal indellability.
Is it the correct spelling?
I need a roleup...
Though I shouldn't - which means I need it more!
Is it thirst?
I don't give a moo!

OK.. I think this section is for who we kind of are.. And I also think that I've probably said more than I intended - and less than I know.
